Please excuse this belated note to thank you for all your help in replacing the gas oven with the electric one. I am most grateful to you and to Stuart – so helpful when Mrs. Taylor and I went to the showroom on 11 February – and to Desmond for his skill and kind help with the installation.
I am sad to have lost the gas cooker, but deeply appreciative to feel secure from the gas escapes – as I have no sense of smell now!

Thank you for the receipt, for the Hotpoint washer-dryer, which arrived this morning.
I would like to record my appreciation of the excellent service received from your company. The two gentlemen, I regret I do not know their names, who came to deliver and install the machine acted most professionally and displayed excellent customer care.
It was a very good idea to suggest that I buy the machine that the landlord objected to and to keep it until the replacement could be delivered. To further offer to save it until our new house will be ready in April/may 06 at no additional cost to us and then deliver it and install it at the new house was a brilliant idea.

This is to enclose payment for the vacuum cleaner bags. I should have given it to Jason when he called with the guarantee for the refrigerator/freezer. Please thank him and Desmond for the delivery of the appliance and transporting of the old to the garage.
I think in a month or two I may be back – this time to look for a small freezer to make up for the reduced freezer space in the new fridge/freezer, but my problem at present is where to put it.
