Our policy is to ensure that the range is priced to meet the needs of all our customers in order to provide the best value for money. We also believe that quality is essential and consequently we offer products from such manufacturers as Miele, Panasonic, JVC, Pure and Bosch.
Through our membership of Euronics we can buy products on terms which enable us to sell them at prices which compete with those offered by major High Street names.

All of our products come with an extensive manufacturer warranty, which may often provide the assurance and peace of mind that you want. If you wish, we can advise on any further protection that you may want to consider. This is entirely at your option and discretion. It is not part of our business to seek to sell extended warranty cover.
We recognise that the pace of technology change can often be confusing. We see that it is an essential part of our service to be able to explain the effects of such changes, and many of our customers have expressed their appreciation for our help. Current issues on which we can advise include the change over from analogue to digital television transmission, and the rules relating to the use of low energy light bulbs.
